Chiropractic care is extremely safe for both mom and baby! Dr. Stephanie specializes in Webster technique which is specific for working with the ligaments of the pelvis to make both pregnancy and birth much more enjoyable.

Adjusting little ones is very gentle. We use specific gentle sustained pressure (about the amount you would use to test a ripe tomato or avacado) and it is very relaxing, but beneficial. Adjustments have been shown to have side effects such as decreasing colic, ear infections, torticollis, colds, and poor sleep habits.
